Jeremy Weiss has owned & operated independent record label CI Records for more than 20 years, working with veterans and new artists alike. Most recently the label has helped launch the careers of bands such as AUGUST BURNS RED, THE PINK SPIDERS, and TEXAS IN JULY.   2 years ago, Weiss accepted the position of president of Think Loud Entertainment, a label owned by the membership of the rock band +Live+, signing indie mainstays THE SHACKELTONS, & pop/Americana sensation DANA ALEXANDRA most recently.  Under the moniker, CI Productions, Weiss has been promoting concerts for more than 2 & 1/2 decades in Central PA/Philadelphia area,  leading to his ownership of The Champ, an all ages venue in Harrisburg PA (currently in its 10th year of operation). Jeremy also owns artist management, design, and booking companies.  He is the founder and director of LAUNCH Music Conference & Festival in Lancaster PA, hosting more than 175 performances and 3 days of panels & workshops each April.
